You Have Questions

We have answers

Do I need to be tech-savvy to use Pulse CRM?

Not at all. Pulse was built to work the way advisers already work, no jargon, no complicated setup. If you’re comfortable with basic admin tools like email or spreadsheets, you’ll find Pulse intuitive.

How long does it take to get set up?

Most clients are up and running within one to four weeks. We offer simple onboarding options and can help you migrate key data if you're coming from another system.

Is Pulse just for large teams?

Not at all. Pulse is designed to support solo advisers, growing firms, and full adviser/admin teams. The system flexes based on your size and workflow.

What’s included in the demo?

It’s a walkthrough tailored to you. We’ll ask a few questions upfront to understand your setup, then show you how Pulse could support your workflows, automate admin, and make compliance easier. It’s low-pressure, just a chance to explore.

What does it cost to get started?

We’ll talk through pricing on the demo based on your team size and needs. There are no hidden fees, and no long-term contracts, just a clear monthly subscription model.

Does Pulse handle compliance documentation?

Yes. Compliance isn’t a bolt-on, it’s at the core of Pulse. From audit trails to SOAs and complaint management, Pulse helps you stay ready for review at any time.

Can I track commissions and renewals automatically?

Yes. Pulse tracks income from insurer payments, renewal timelines, and client status all in one place. You can also generate reports to monitor performance and identify gaps.

Can Pulse integrate with other tools I use?

We currently integrate with Xero for accounting, and we’re continuously expanding our ecosystem. If you have specific tools in mind, let us know, we may already have a workaround or integration in progress.

Is my client's data secure?

Yes. Data privacy and security are critical to us. All data is securely stored and managed with strict access controls in place. We’ll talk through security during your walkthrough if that’s a key concern.

Can I bring my admin or team members to the demo?

Absolutely. If they’re involved in workflows, onboarding, or compliance, it’s a great idea to include them. We want everyone to feel confident about the switch.
